Vaunix Technology Corp., a leading provider of custom wireless system testing solutions, portable testing devices and hand over test systems, announces the launch of the LDA-608V-4, a highly accurate, bidirectional, 50 Ohm step attenuator with four independently controlled attenuator paths. This new addition to the Lab Brick series of Digital Attenuators is brings affordability, functionality, reliability, and simplicity to the microwave test bench.
Key features of the LDA-608V-4 include:
The LDA-608V-4 is designed for a variety of applications, including automated test equipment (ATE) systems, engineering and production test labs, wireless communication systems, and RF/microwave component testing.
Notable features include the USB port which uses a native HID interface, eliminating the need for kernel-level drivers and enabling compatibility with any system supporting USB HID devices, including low-cost embedded computers using Linux or similar operating systems. The Ethernet interface can be configured for Static IP or DHCP and allows users to assign the HTTP port for enhanced security.
Users can also easily program the LDA-608V-4 for fixed attenuation, swept attenuation ramps, and fading profiles using the included Graphical User Interface (GUI). For those looking to develop their own interface, Vaunix offers comprehensive support with LabVIEW drivers, Windows API DLL files, Linux drivers, Python examples, and more.
"The LDA-608V-4 is a great addition to our Lab Brick series of Digital Attenuators. Its high precision and versatile features make it a valuable tool for engineers and technicians in engineering and production test environments" said Dennis Flanders, Director of Sales and Marketing] at Vaunix. "We are committed to providing innovative and cost-effective testing solutions to meet the ever-evolving needs of our customers."
