Vaunix has released a new “Portable Signal Generators and Digital Attenuators” brochure. The six page brochure details features and specifications of the Lab Brick Signal Generator, Lab Brick Digital Attenuator, and powered USB Hub product lines. Applications include use with automated test equipment (ATE) and in the engineering or production test labs. All Lab Brick signal generators and digital attenuators are USB powered and controlled with an easy to install and use graphical user interface (GUI) software. They are portable, light-weight, and are ideal for use on the bench and in the field.
New additions to the brochure include the five models of the recently introduced LMS series of Lab Brick Signal Generators, the LMS-802, LMS-103, LMS-123, LMS-163, and LMS-203, which span a frequency range from 4 to 20 GHz. The LMS series features phase continuous linear frequency sweeping, internal/external 10 MHz reference, and optional pulse modulation. Other additions include two new models of the LSG series of Lab Brick Signal Generators, the LSG-221 and LSG- 451, which along with the LSG-251, LSG-152, LSG-222, LSG-402, and LSG-602 span the frequency range from 20 MHz to 6 GHz with high output power levels and excellent spectral purity. Typical electrical and mechanical specifications for both the LMS and LSG series are presented including phase noise, frequency, output power, and spurious.
The two standard digital attenuator models are the LDA-102, and the LDA-602. Both devices provide 63 dB of attenuation in 0.5 dB steps in a 50 Ohm system. The brochure presents typical electrical and mechanical specifications such as bandwidth, normalized attenuation, insertion loss, and input/output return loss.
The brochure also introduces the new Lab Brick USB Hub, which is designed to support current intensive USB peripherals on all four ports simultaneously. The Lab Brick USB Hub also features DVM probe port access on Port 1 for monitoring USB device load current.
